Site Head / Director – Operations
Join our team and lead large-scale operations with a focus on operational excellence, client success, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead end-to-end site operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
✅ Drive operational KPIs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
✅ Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary site leader.
✅ Own site-level P&L, budgeting, cost optimization, and profitability.
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operations teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
