Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Site Engineers | Project Engineers in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing on-site construction operations, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring project plans, managing resources, overseeing structural engineering processes, and ensuring adherence to quality control measures. Effective communication and coordination with teams and stakeholders will be essential for project success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in on-site project execution and resource management
- Strong understanding of quality control practices
- Knowledge and experience in structural engineering principles
- Background in civil engineering with relevant technical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in residential construction projects is a plus
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
