Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cannanore for Site Engineers and Interior Designers. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring that work meets design intent, structural requirements, and quality standards. Site Engineers will review drawings, monitor progress, manage contractors, and support structural and civil engineering aspects of projects. Interior Designers will develop concepts, create layouts, select materials and finishes, and collaborate with site teams to ensure accurate implementation of design details. Both positions will work closely with project managers, clients, and vendors, maintain documentation, and support timely project delivery while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- BE/B TECH /DIPLOMA in civil engineering required for site engineers.
- Bsc/B Design required for interior designers.
- Ability to work effectively in on-site project environments, including coordination with multiple stakeholders and adherence to safety practices.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, with the ability to inspect work, identify issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Experience or education in structural engineering or civil engineering, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documents.
- Relevant qualifications in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency with design and documentation tools (e.g., CAD software, project management tools) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
