Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Palghar for Site Engineers specializing in the commercial building sector within the real estate industry. In this role, you will manage and oversee all on-site civil engineering activities, ensure adherence to quality control standards, monitor the progress of structural works, and coordinate with project teams to deliver projects on time and within specifications.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Civil Engineering and Structural Engineering processes
- Experience in on-site project management, planning, and execution
- Strong quality control capabilities, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and specifications
- Effective communication skills to liaise with contractors, architects, and project teams
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with an eye for detail and a proactive approach
- Proficiency in construction-related software and tools
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Work experience in commercial building projects will be an advantage
