Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Thiruporur. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with civil engineers, and managing structural engineering requirements. Daily tasks will include supervising on-site operations, addressing technical issues, monitoring project progress, and maintaining safety standards while collaborating with the project team.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in on-site management and supervision during construction projects
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering and working with Civil Engineers
- Knowledge and practice of Quality Control measures in construction
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities in technical situations
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with building codes, safety protocols, and project management tools
- Previous experience in similar on-site roles is preferred
