Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Solar Site Engineer (Fresher/0–3 years experience) to support installation and execution of solar power projects. The candidate will assist in electrical, civil, and mechanical work at site under senior supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
Electrical Work:
Assist in installation of solar panels, inverters, and electrical systems
Cable laying, termination, and basic testing
Support in earthing and lightning protection work
Help during commissioning and troubleshooting

Civil Work:
Support foundation work (excavation, PCC, RCC)
Assist in layout marking and leveling
Ensure material quality and site cleanliness
---
Mechanical Work:
Assist in Module Mounting Structure (MMS) installation
Help in module fixing and alignment
Ensure proper tightening and structure stability
---
General Duties:
Daily site supervision and reporting
Follow safety guidelines and use PPE
Coordinate with team, contractors, and vendors
Maintain basic site records and material tracking
---
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of solar systems (training acceptable)
Willingness to work on site and travel
Good communication and teamwork
Problem-solving attitude

Qualification:
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering
Salary: 18k to 25k + expenses as per company policy.

Preferred:
Fresher or up to 3 years experience in solar or construction projects
Knowledge of rooftop or ground-mounted solar projects experience.
