Position: Site Engineer – PEB (Pre-Engineered Building)
Experience 3 to 4 Years in PEB
Qualification
· B.Tech / Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
· Experience in PEB industrial, warehouse, factory, commercial
Salary Range 25K TO 30K
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer for execution and supervision of PEB structure projects. The candidate should have knowledge of steel structure erection, site coordination, manpower handling, quality control, and project execution activities.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise day-to-day site execution work for PEB structures
· Monitor steel structure erection, sheeting, cladding, and finishing activities
· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams
· Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project schedule
· Maintain quality standards and safety compliance at site
· Prepare DPR (Daily Progress Report) and project status reports
· Check material receipt, consumption, and inventory at site
· Resolve technical issues during execution
· Monitor manpower productivity and subcontractor performance
· Ensure proper alignment, bolting, welding, and installation work
· Coordinate with design and planning teams for drawing approvals and revisions
· Conduct site inspections and quality checks
Required Skills
· Knowledge of PEB erection and steel structures
· Understanding of fabrication and erection drawings
· Knowledge of MS Office & AutoCAD
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Ability to manage site execution independently
· Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices
