Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Site Engineer, located between the Head-Office in Noida and 30-key Resort Project Site in Tehri-Garhwal, Uttarakhand that is under construction. After an initial training period at the head office, the role will require the candidate to be on-site and accommodation will be provided.
The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the company's ongoing construction projects and assisting the Senior Project Manager on site and reporting directly to the Project Lead at the Owner's Office, managing project timelines, ensuring on-site implementation of architectural details and regular reporting of construction progress. The role also involves coordinating between the various stakeholders (project architect, technical consultants, contractor, head office team).
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architectural Design and Detailing
- AutoCAD and Excel Proficiency
- Interest and skills in Project / Construction Management
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant degree in Architecture, Civil Engg or related field
- 5-7 Years Experience in the construction industry
- Experience in working on Hill Construction projects
Salary Range
Rs. 45,000-55,000 based on past experience and aptitude.
