Role Description
This is a full-time Site Engineer (Mechanical) position for a Shutdown Project based on-site in Gurgaon. The Site Engineer will oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Responsibilities include managing on-site operations related to mechanical systems, coordinating with stakeholders, implementing safety protocols, and performing quality checks. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with the project team and providing technical resolutions on-site as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience working on-site and managing project operations effectively
- Proficient communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders and teams
- Strong understanding of Quality Control processes and standards
- Knowledge of Structural Engineering concepts and principles
- Collaboration experience with Civil Engineers and other construction professionals
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in shutdown projects or similar large-scale operations is preferred
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards in construction projects
