Role Description
- Execution and supervision of fire protection systems (sprinkler, hydrant, fire alarm, fire pumps).
- Handling complete site activities including installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Reviewing drawings, BOQ, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensuring work as per NFPA standards and safety regulations.
- Monitoring site progress, manpower, and material management.
- Preparing progress reports, billing support, and project documentation.
- Sole responsible for site handling. Responsible for every activity at site
- Site manpower handling
- Drawing reading/ understand well drawings- layout/ P & IDS/ Isometric/ Schematic etc.
- Day to day client communication & coordination
- Communication to various departments in office as per requirement
- Material inward, billing certify from site team
- Running bill JMR preparation & certify from site team
- Day to day reporting- Work progress report/ Daily progress report
- Technically well verse & understand fire norms/ Guidelines/ standards
- Labor attendance on daily basis, weekly advances, salary sheet prepare etc.
- Good verbal & written communication skills in English & hindi
- Computer knowledge must: word & excel, AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Target oriented job completion.
- Supervise installation of fire sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire alarm systems, fire pumps, and piping networks.
Qualifications
Diploma & B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
At least 4 to 5 years in field of Fire protection system- core field
