Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer (Interior) role based in Chennai. The Site Engineer (Interior) will oversee day-to-day site activities related to interior works, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising execution of interior layouts, ensuring adherence to quality standards, monitoring progress against project timelines, and resolving site-level technical issues. The role involves conducting regular inspections, verifying materials and workmanship, and ensuring compliance with structural and civil engineering guidelines. The Site Engineer will also prepare basic site reports, support documentation, and communicate status updates to project managers and clients.

- Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills with experience managing interior project activities.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordination with teams, vendors, and clients.
- Candidates should possess quality control skills to ensure materials, finishes, and workmanship meet project standards.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering and civil engineering knowledge relevant to interior site execution.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 yrs of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably in commercial or residential spaces.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within project deadlines.
