We’re Hiring: Site Engineer (Fresher / Junior) | Aarna ConstructionsAt Aarna Constructions, we are looking for a Site Engineer (Fresher / Junior) who is eager to learn and grow in real on-site construction work.
This role is ideal for someone with basic construction site knowledge and the willingness to take responsibility on-site.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in daily site planning and execution
- Help monitor daily site activities and work progress
- Support in material management and site coordination
- Handle and coordinate with labour, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure work is carried out as per daily requirements
- Maintain basic site discipline, reporting, and follow-up
Who can apply:- Freshers with basic site knowledge
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in site execution
- Diploma / B.Tech / Civil Engineering background preferred
- Must be serious, responsible, and willing to work on-site
What we’re looking for:- Basic understanding of construction site work
- Interest in site execution and project coordination
- Ability to manage labour and communicate with vendors/contractors
- Practical mindset and willingness to learn
Salary:₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
