Aquamech Engineering Corporation is hiring a Site Engineer to lead installation, commissioning, and validation of Hi-Purity Water Systems for process industries across project sites pan India.
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai (HO) / Project Sites Pan India

Aquamech, established in 1999, specializes in Hi-Purity Water Systems including PW, WFI, HPW, RO EDI, HSRO EDI, and DM systems compliant with ASME BPE, cGMP, and USFDA standards, backed by global technology partnerships including Veolia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute installation, testing, and commissioning of Hi-Purity Water Systems including PW, WFI, HPW, RO, UF, and distribution loops
- Ensure proper installation of stainless-steel pipelines, valves, skids, instruments, and equipment
- Read and interpret P&IDs, GA drawings, isometrics, and layout plans
- Supervise fabrication and welding activities including orbital welding, ensuring compliance with applicable standards
- Perform FAT/SAT, loop flushing, sanitization, and system validation support
- Monitor daily site progress and manpower allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and client site teams
- Ensure all work complies with cGMP, ASME BPE, and company quality standards
- Prepare site reports, documentation, and maintain installation quality records
- Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning
- Provide technical assistance to clients during plant handover
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in Hi-Purity Water System installation and commissioning for process industries
- Strong knowledge of Hi-Purity systems PW, WFI, HPW, RO EDI, DM, and SS distribution loops
- Hands-on experience with orbital welding supervision, FAT/SAT, passivation, and loop testing
- Ability to read and independently execute from P&IDs, isometrics, and GA drawings
- Understanding of cGMP, ASME BPE compliance on site
- Understanding of pumps, instrumentation, and PLC/HMI basics is an added advantage
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites pan India
