Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer – Civil. The Site Engineer will manage day-to-day operations on our industrial construction sites, coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, oversee quality control, and ensure strict compliance with structural engineering standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, addressing on-site technical challenges, and maintaining clear communication to deliver industrial projects effectively and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Civil Engineer or in a related field, specifically within industrial construction.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of industrial site project management and civil engineering processes.
- Proficiency in structural engineering principles and technical expertise related to industrial facilities.
- Ability to implement rigorous quality control procedures and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage diverse project teams and contractors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex construction site challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with local building codes, industrial safety regulations, and compliance standards.
