*Job Overview:* The Site Supervisor at Metaguise Company will be responsible for handling manpower, ensuring relevant experience as a site supervisor, planning and managing teams, and overseeing site management.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
*Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget
*Manage and allocate resources efficiently
*Maintain a safe and productive work environment
*Provide guidance and support to the site team
*Monitor and report progress to the project manager
*Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on site
*Qualifications:*
*Prior experience as a site supervisor or similar role
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Ability to effectively plan and organize teams
*Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
*Excellent problem-solving abilities
