Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise on-site construction activities. The candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site protocols
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Manage materials, labor, and equipment efficiently
- Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions
- Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- Proven experience in construction site management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and leadership skills
Preferred skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Time management and organizational skills
