Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Pan India. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site operations, ensure quality control, manage resources, and coordinate with teams to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with engineering plans and specifications, and addressing any operational challenges on-site. Collaboration with civil engineers, contractors, and stakeholders is key to ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and practical experience in On-Site operations and project management.
- Background in Prefab Projects Execution and working with Civil Engineering projects.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure Quality Control and adherence to Project standards.
- Good Communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with sustainable and innovative construction methods is an added advantage.
