Key Responsibilities
- Study and understand project scope, drawings, and specifications in detail.
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure work is executed as per drawings and schedule.
- Manage site manpower, including allocation, productivity tracking, and attendance.
- Arrange and coordinate required materials, tools, and resources at site as per project requirements.
- Handle site-related cash expenses and manage labour accommodation arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies at site.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports and site updates to the Project Engineer.
- Coordinate with the client through the Project Engineer for work execution and issue resolution.
- Verify labour attendance and manpower data, updating the HR team through the ERP system.
- Support the project team in achieving timely completion of site works.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma (Polytechnic) in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision.
- Preferred experience in production, fabrication, or construction fields.
