Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Koramangala, Bangalore. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensure quality standards are upheld, and manage communication between the site team and relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising construction sites, ensuring structural integrity, coordinating with civil engineers, and maintaining documentation to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- 0.6 months to 1 year of experience in on-site supervision and project execution
- Clear and concise communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Background in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a degree preferred
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Monitor daily progress and maintain site reports
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Assist in material planning, procurement, and inventory management
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Support project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
