Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer, located in Faridabad. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is carried out according to designs, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include quality control, site supervision, coordination with various stakeholders, problem-solving, and reporting project progress to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering techniques and principles
- Experience with Quality Control and adherence to safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in managing on-site operations and troubleshooting challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Understanding of engineering project standards and ability to interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
