Role Description
TEXEL Consulting Engineers is seeking a full-time Site Engineer to oversee and manage on-site operations for various civil and structural engineering projects. The role involves monitoring work quality, coordinating with team members, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining safety standards. This is an on-site position based in Jaipur, requiring effective communication and proactive problem-solving skills for project management.
Qualifications
- Proficient in on-site operations management and project supervision
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to standards and regulations
- Expertise in Structural Engineering and understanding of Civil Engineering principles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
- Experience with construction safety protocols and regulations is a plus
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and technologies is an advantage
