What we Expect!!!!
We are looking for Site Supervisor / Project In charge for Turnkey interior Projects with minimum 3-5 yrs. experience in same field:
· Having hands on working experience in Turnkey Interior Contracting company
· Can read & analyze drawings & BOQ
· To perform day to day site activities independently
· Supervising & instructing construction team as well as sub-contractors
· Sound knowledge of various services & MEP works
· Having measurement & billing knowledge
· Plan & organize resources in advance for the assigned site
· Executing all the site work
· Coordinate with client, Sub-contractors & suppliers etc.
· Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work related accidents & injuries
· Maintains material receipt records
Desired Candidate Profile
· Person with prior experience & proven track record of executing turnkekey interior projects
· Ability to lead others in the completion of a schedule, budget guidelines, and customer requirements
· Great verbal and written communication skills
Immediate Joiners Required
Compensation range - 30k to 40K
