We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer with expertise in waterproofing applications and structural reapirs to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of waterproofing works on-site, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing waterproofing resources, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring that all waterproofing solutions are implemented according to the project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily activities on-site to ensure that works are performed as per project specifications.
• Ensure that waterproofing materials and application techniques meet the required quality standards and that any issues are identified and addressed promptly.
• Monitor and manage the inventory of materials, ensuring they are available in required quantities and used effectively on-site.
• Liaise with the project manager, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Facilitate & provide timely submission of measurement and certifications of the work done for the on time preaparation of the bills.
• Provide technical guidance on the application of various waterproofing solutions, including but not limited to membranes, coatings, sealants, and drainage systems.
• Conduct regular site inspections and tests (e.g., water leakage tests, moisture tests) to verify the effectiveness of waterproofing applications.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and quality control documentation related to waterproofing activities.
• Ensure all waterproofing operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and report any potential safety hazards on-site.
• Address any issues or defects related to waterproofing and recommend solutions to mitigate delays or performance failures.
• Provide on-site training and guidance to workers, ensuring adherence to proper waterproofing techniques and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 – 8 years of experience in site supervision, specifically in waterproofing applications or construction projects.
• Familiarity with different types of waterproofing systems, structural repairs & rehabilitation.
• Understanding and interpretation of construction drawings, specifications, and project planning.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with site workers, contractors, and project managers.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site and offer solutions for effective waterproofing.
• A keen eye for quality control, ensuring that waterproofing applications are timely completed with precision and care.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of project management software is a plus.
• Any certifications related to waterproofing techniques or construction safety are advantageous.
