Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Sitapur. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, including supervising site operations, coordinating with contractors and workers, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring progress against project schedules, conducting quality checks, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with structural and civil engineering guidelines. The role also involves preparing site reports, maintaining documentation, communicating with project managers and stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of sustainable and efficient construction practices.
Qualifications
- On-site construction supervision experience, with the ability to manage daily site activities and coordinate field teams.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Proficiency in quality control processes, including inspections, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with standards.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and civil engineering practices relevant to residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and basic project management tools.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems on-site, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Prior experience in similar site engineer or field engineer roles is preferred.
