Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Site Engineer to join our team in Pallavaram. This on-site role involves supervising construction activities, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with the project team to meet deadlines and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing structural designs, monitoring progress, and maintaining communication with contractors and stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site construction management and site supervision
- Strong skills in monitoring quality control and ensuring adherence to industry standards
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering and a strong understanding of design and construction principles
- Excellent communication skills for coordination with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and engineering software is advantageous
Eligibility:
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
Freshers and candidates with 2+ years of experience can apply
Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site execution preferred
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
