🚨 Urgent Hiring | Site Incharge – Solar Projects
RenewBright Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (SOLARGEN) is looking for an experienced Site Incharge to lead the execution of Solar Rooftop and Ground Mount Projects.
📍 Locations
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end execution of solar projects.
- Manage site activities, workforce, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.
- Coordinate installation of MMS, solar modules, inverters, DC & AC systems.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare project reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and the internal project team.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain project timelines.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 1–5+ years of experience in Solar EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of Rooftop & Ground Mount Solar installations.
- Hands-on experience in MMS, module installation, DC/AC works, testing, and commissioning.
- Good leadership, communication, and site coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
