Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Bengaluru South. The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met, monitoring quality control, and adhering to safety standards. Key duties include coordinating with architects, contractors, and labor teams, supervising on-site operations, resolving any technical issues, and ensuring all work aligns with design and structural specifications. The role also involves regular reporting on project progress and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in on-site operations and project supervision
- Strong communication skills for coordination with teams and stakeholders
- Experience in quality control, ensuring work meets project standards
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and civil engineering practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills for addressing on-site challenges
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices
- Experience with construction projects in residential or commercial sectors is a plus
