Location : Anna Nagar, Chennai.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor day to day activity at site.
- Plan and execute the site as per timelines.
- Instruct labour/vendors on daily work and plan and monitor progress.
- Measurements for site and checking vendor measurements/bills.
- Check and maintain quality of works.
- Hold site meetings with all site engineers to plan and track progress of work.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in interior projects.
- Experience coordinating interior works such as carpentry , partitions, gypsum works, electrical, fire fighting, hvac, plumbing, tiling, etc.
- Diploma Civil or B.E Civil graduation required.
- Must be able to travel to site daily.
- Coordination and project management is a must.
- Plan material and labour as per work schedule.
- EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL INTERIOR PROJECTS.
