Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Solapur Area. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring that all activities are executed as per the design and planned schedules. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control measures, working closely with teams to ensure adherence to structural engineering standards, and effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members. The incumbent will also be responsible for solving technical issues and providing guidance to on-site teams to maintain project timelines and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in on-site construction management and ability to oversee daily project activities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Sound knowledge of quality control techniques and processes for ensuring high standards in construction.
- Expertise in structural engineering and relevant practices in civil engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) and related engineering software is a plus.
