Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role based in Junnar. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, monitor work progress, and coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth site operations. Responsibilities include implementing design specifications on site, supervising civil works, checking structural elements, and ensuring quality control standards are met. The role involves conducting site inspections, maintaining project documentation, reporting deviations or risks, and supporting adherence to safety protocols and local regulations. The Site Engineer will also assist in planning material requirements, optimizing resource use, and helping to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong on-site execution skills, including practical experience managing construction activities and resolving day-to-day site issues.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with project managers, contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with project specifications.
- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and understanding of civil engineering principles relevant to building and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should be trained as civil engineers, with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates should be familiar with construction drawings, basic project management practices, and safety regulations at construction sites.
- Candidates with experience in EPC or building construction projects in a similar site-based role will be preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and readiness to work full-time on-site in Junnar.
