Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Nagercoil. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure project execution aligns with design specifications, and maintain quality control at the project site. The role involves coordinating with teams of civil engineers and contractors, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. The Site Engineer will also communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
Qualifications
- Expertise in on-site construction management and Quality Control
- Knowledge of Structural Engineering and proficiency in principles of Civil Engineering
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Ability to identify and resolve construction and technical issues effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in site engineering or construction projects is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Nagercoil and manage on-ground project execution
