Job Title: Site Engineer – Mechanical / Civil (Industrial Fabrication & Construction)

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days/Week)
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant fabrication and industrial site experience
- Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience, technical expertise and skill sets)
- Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Language Requirements: Professional fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory)

2.Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Project Supervision: Oversee daily fabrication, structural construction, installation and industrial maintenance activities, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and timelines.
- Fabrication & Technical Operations: Supervise MS, SS and Aluminium fabrication, welding, cutting, grinding, fitting and erection activities while ensuring dimensional accuracy, technical compliance and quality workmanship.
- Manpower & Contractor Management: Allocate, supervise and coordinate welders, fitters, fabricators, technicians and subcontractors to ensure workforce productivity, discipline and efficient project execution.
- Material Planning & Project Coordination: Prepare BOQs, estimate material requirements, coordinate procurement and deliveries, monitor material consumption and ensure efficient resource utilization with minimal wastage.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal management regarding project progress, technical requirements, site challenges and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Quality Control & Safety Compliance: Monitor fabrication and installation quality, conduct inspections and coordinate with safety personnel to ensure compliance with industrial safety standards, PPE requirements and client-specific regulations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, material consumption reports, site measurements and project documentation while providing regular updates to management and supporting final project handover.
3.Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Previous experience working in manufacturing plants, fabrication workshops or industrial construction environments.
- Experience coordinating with corporate clients, factory management and industrial contractors.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple activities, prioritize work and adapt to changing site requirements.
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong ownership and accountability.
