ob Description – Site Engineer

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Position Overview:
RoyalLinks is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and project managers for smooth project execution.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper resource management at the site.
- Maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
- Assist in planning and scheduling site activities to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site workers and subcontractors effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and site reporting.
Additional Information:
- Salary will be offered based on experience and skills within the range of ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
- The candidate must be willing to work at project sites in and around Bangalore.
