Job Title: Site Engineer

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 Year (Mandatory)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant site experience. The ideal candidate should be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining project timelines. The candidate should be smart, have good communication skills, and possess strong presence of mind to handle on-site situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
- Assist in material planning and monitor material usage at the site.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Engineer is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, site execution, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Smart, proactive, and well-organized.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent presence of mind.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
