Job Title: Site Engineer
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience Required: 2–5 Years
Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with approved drawings and quality standards. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle site challenges independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise day-to-day construction operations at the project site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth execution
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper inventory at site
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and safety guidelines
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in construction/site execution
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Attributes:- Experience working on residential or commercial construction projects
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities
