Role Description The Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum, responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring that work aligns with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This role includes coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and site staff, monitoring quality of materials and workmanship, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The Site Engineer reviews drawings and structural plans, supervises site execution, and maintains accurate records of progress, inspections, and reports. The position also involves effective communication with project managers and stakeholders, supporting adherence to budget and schedule, and promoting a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment on site.

- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills to ensure compliance with standards, specifications, and safety regulations.

- Candidates should possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, along with relevant experience in road, bridge, or infrastructure projects.

- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Experience with project management tools, surveying equipment, and local regulatory requirements is beneficial.
