Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Site Engineer. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating on-site activities, quality control, supervising civil and structural engineering tasks, and maintaining effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing on-site construction activities and the ability to solve practical challenges in real-time
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Quality Control processes to ensure projects meet high standards
- Knowledge of Structural and Civil Engineering principles and hands-on experience with construction projects
- Detail-oriented and skilled in time management, with the ability to prioritize in dynamic environments
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with industry regulations, sustainable practices, and safety protocols
