- Supervise operation & maintenance of ETP, STP, and UF–RO plants
- Manage operators, helpers, and site activities
- Ensure smooth plant performance and water quality compliance
- Handle troubleshooting, breakdowns, and routine maintenance
- Maintain logs, reports, and coordination with management
