Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards. Responsibilities include managing work schedules, coordinating with team members and contractors, monitoring safety compliance, and ensuring that HVAC systems are installed and serviced as per quality guidelines. The individual will also handle necessary documentation, troubleshoot site issues, and communicate progress to project management staff.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Team Leadership skills, including experience in site supervision and task coordination.
- Technical proficiency in HVAC systems, with knowledge of installation, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations, ensuring compliance at all stages of the project.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with team members, contractors, and clients.
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and creating and maintaining project documentation.
- Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is required, with a focus on HVAC systems preferred.
- Relevant prior experience in a supervisory role on HVAC or construction sites is highly desirable.
