Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Chennai. The Site Engineer will oversee construction projects and ensure adherence to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing on-site activities, supervising quality control processes, and collaborating with the team to address structural engineering challenges. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential for coordinating between various stakeholders and ensuring project success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Structural Engineering and familiarity with Civil Engineering concepts
- Strong Quality Control knowledge to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
- Experience in on-site project supervision and management
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively work with team members and other stakeholders
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in using engineering software and tools for project planning and execution
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
