Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for a Site Engineer. As a Site Engineer, you will oversee on-site construction activities, implement project plans, monitor progress, ensure quality control standards, and resolve any issues that arise during project execution. You will collaborate closely with the project team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure that all work adheres to safety and structural engineering standards. Additionally, you will validate compliance with design specifications and timelines to achieve successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site operations and project execution, ensuring adherence to safety and timeframes
- Strong communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and contractors effectively
- Proficiency in quality control procedures and practices to ensure high-standard project outcomes
- Knowledge and application of structural engineering principles and practices
- Educational background in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage challenges during project implementation
- Previous work experience or internships in the construction industry is a plus
