The following are the details of the opportunity with us in our FIRE Division :
- Site / Project Engineer (2+Years)
- Location: Pan India / Ahmedabad
Responsibilities :
- Daily Plan & Daily Progress Report (DPR), also weekly and Monthly Progress reports.
- Material & Installation Billing.
- Take the signature of the client on any rework that happens at the site or make a design change note.
- As-Built Drawings & Updating
- Prepare Project Delay Analysis
- Knowledge of Maintenance and Services of Fire Alarm System, PA System, Fire Fighting System
- Knowledge of Guidelines. Like NBC, NFPA, IS, TAC, etc.
- Prepare Iso-metric Drawing
- Prepare Weld Visual, Fit up, DPT, Hydrotest, Line History Sheet (LHS), Mechanical Clearance (MC File) for testing, BOX_UP Report.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of site execution, project coordination, and construction/installation activities.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
- Knowledge of material management, vendor coordination, and subcontractor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and project documentation.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of site measurements, billing, estimation, and reporting processes.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
Preferred Experience:
- 2–8 years of experience in site execution, project management, installation, commissioning, or construction activities.
- Experience in MEP, HVAC, Fire Fighting, IBMS, Electrical, Civil, or Infrastructure projects will be preferred.
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
