Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Challakere for the role of Solar site Engineer. The Solar site Engineer will oversee the design, planning, and implementation of solar power systems with a focus on AC/DC installations. Responsibilities include reviewing implementing electrical designs, supervising installation activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with project teams to optimize system performance. The role also involves conducting quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring project timelines are met while maintaining the highest safety standards on-site.

Qualifications

• Understanding and expertise in Solar Industry, Solar Power.
• Proficiency in Electrical Design principles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in the solar energy sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with utility-scale solar projects is a strong advantage
• Excellent project management and team collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work in an on-site environment
