Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Pune Division. The Site Engineer will oversee project execution, ensure quality control, and coordinate with teams for successful delivery. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, maintaining safety standards, liaising with contractors and vendors, troubleshooting on-site issues, and ensuring all work adheres to predefined quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Civil Engineering with a strong understanding of Structural Engineering principles and solutions.
- Proficiency in oversight of on-site activities, including the ability to ensure adherence to construction timelines and safety protocols.
- Effective Communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with team members, contractors, and vendors.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in similar roles and within corporate interior or construction domains is an advantage.
