Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer position located in Noida. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety regulations, maintaining quality control, and managing structural engineering tasks. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with civil engineers, coordinating with on-site teams, and maintaining clear communication with leadership and project stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Experience with on-site project management and execution
- Strong communication and team coordination skills for effective collaboration
- Proficiency in quality control processes and ensuring safety compliance
- Sound knowledge and experience in structural engineering
- Background in civil engineering or related discipline; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances
