Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Engineer based in Chennai. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities, monitor project progress, and ensure quality control on-site. Responsibilities include collaborating with civil and structural engineers, ensuring safety compliance, and effective communication with project teams to meet deadlines and specifications. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that interior design projects are executed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site management, with a focus on overseeing and supervising day-to-day project activities
- Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure project standards and compliance
- Expertise in structural engineering and an understanding of interior design construction methodologies
- Proven background in civil engineering practices and techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and work efficiently under deadlines
- Experience in interior design-related projects is a plus
