Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Site Engineer for an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction projects, ensure quality control standards are maintained, and provide structural engineering expertise. Responsibilities include supervising on-site operations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of designs while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in on-site project management and supervision
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for interacting with team members and clients
- Expertise in Quality Control to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Solid knowledge of Structural Engineering and principles
- Background in Civil Engineering with relevant qualifications
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and construction plans
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
