Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to design drawings, specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and supervisors, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues on site, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The role involves performing quality control checks, verifying materials and workmanship, and supporting structural engineering requirements during construction. The Site Engineer will also communicate clearly with project stakeholders, assist in planning and scheduling, and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
