Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role located in Bengaluru South. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and manage project timelines. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints or technical designs, supervising on-site teams, maintaining project records, and ensuring efficient resource allocation to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of construction processes, blueprints, and materials.
- Proficiency in project planning, resource management, and on-site coordination.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
- Relevant experience in residential or commercial construction preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
