Role Description The Site Engineer role at GEOCON SURVEYS is a full-time, on-site position located in Visakhapatnam. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site operations, including supervising civil works, coordinating with contractors and project teams, and ensuring adherence to design specifications. Responsibilities include monitoring construction progress, implementing quality control measures, verifying structural engineering details, and maintaining accurate site records and reports. The role also involves conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, supporting survey activities, and promoting compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

- Candidates should possess strong on-site experience in civil engineering projects, including familiarity with field supervision and site coordination.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for collaborating with project managers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and practical understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline, with relevant project or internship experience.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in basic engineering and survey tools, familiarity with construction drawings, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of safety regulations and site best practices; prior experience in infrastructure or construction projects is an advantage.
